In the Folder Pane, you might see a folder named Recovered Personal Folders that contains your default Outlook folders or a Lost and Found folder. Although the repair process might recreate some of the folders, they may be empty. The Lost and Found folder contains any folders and items resolving Outlook not responding recovered by the repair tool that Outlook can't place in their original structure. Please install the latest updates on your phone to resolve the issue. resolving Outlook not responding Until you can install the Windows Update fix release, you can set a registry key that will cause Outlook to stop using the local Windows Search service. In order to optimize disk space consumption and remove old elements, you need to configure the AutoArchive feature in Microsoft Outlook. Occasionally, classic Outlook tries to run a process in the background. Auto-archive, sending and receiving a very large attachment, or running some of the other mailbox tools can all be done in the background. Check the status bar at the bottom of the screen to see if another process is running. If so, wait a short time (usually two or three minutes) to see if Outlook starts working again. If you can't choose any of the menu options, type inside an email message, calendar event, or contact, Outlook may have resolving Outlook not responding frozen.

The new version of the object is written to a newly allocated space, but the old version remains in the OST file as well. To access the calendar shared with your Microsoft 365 for business account, you'll need to accept the invitation from Outlook on the web, iOS, or Android. If you've already clicked the Accept button in Outlook 2016, you won't be able to re-accept the invitation from another Outlook application.
